A huge governmental initiative presents it's findings....

"Accounting for People - TASK FORCE ON HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT REPORTING" finally published their findings, they are available for download on their website Accounting for People - Taskforce (and they either have a pretty bad connection or the whole world tries to download their findings at the same time).

The most useful part of it to me seems to be the LBS report on the literature review but I might be wrong as I havent read through the full report as yet.
