On page 6 in the summary, there are numbers on measures. 35 % do not measure the performance of their KM program AT ALL and other figures are :

Usage is measured 56%
Document counts are measured 38%
We do not measure performance
of the KM program. 35%
Quality is measured 23%
Efficiency is measured (actual reduction in time spent) 13%
Delivery & cost of all initiatives is measured/reported 10%
Financial impact is measured (ie ROI or profit increase) 8%
